ABOUT
HARRY
Sport has always been a part of my life. I played soccer and basketball for over ten years, developing discipline, perseverance, and a taste for pushing my limits. Driven by the desire to take on new challenges, I then turned to amateur boxing, running, marathons, and triathlons.
Today, I work with people of all fitness levels who want to get back in shape, improve their performance, or simply rediscover the joy of movement. My approach is based on three pillars: motivation, consistency, and enjoyment. Each workout is tailored to your individual needs, safe, and geared towards lasting results.
My good humor, my smile, and my patience are qualities often highlighted by my clients. Many tell me that after my classes, they leave with more energy, confidence, and a real sense of well-being and happiness.
